Beasties
During the launch month of A Little World of Ants, I facilitated two under 5s Shake, Rattle + Stroll sessions called ‘Beasties’ at V&A Dundee.
The sessions consisted of a reading of the book, time for play, insect outfit creation and some insect themed singing and dancing in a giant garden. We then made an insect trail in the museum, exploring the galleries dressed up as noisy bugs and spotting things we might see in a garden.
Get ready to move and make some noise in this interactive workshop for little museum explorers. Pick up an instrument and join in with musical play, stories and dressing-up, then follow our friendly designers to take a wander through the galleries.
